A listing of over 100 reliable nutrition and physical activity resources developed by other agencies and organizations for parents, caregivers and health care providers of preschoolers. All resources have been screened by dietitians and exercise physiologists. Inventory presently is only available in English but a few French resources are listed

Submit Resources
Do you have a preschool nutrition or physical activity resource to share? Please take a few moments to submit your resource to the Healthy Start for Life - Online Resource Inventory. Resources can be submitted in French but the resource submission form is in English. Once it is reviewed and approved by a dietitian or exercise physiologist it will be added to the resource inventory.
