The International Congress of Dietetics (ICD), which convenes once every four years, is being held virtually this year from September 1-3, 2021. Rates have been reduced significantly to allow more delegates to attend. Preview the program and register at

DC offered two Novice Researcher Travel Awards to support dietitian-led research and the profession’s knowledge base to attend the ICD. To be eligible, applicants had to have 5 or fewer years of research experience with preference to those who demonstrated initiative in bringing research into their workplace. This award covers airfair and other travel expenses, when travel is available, and congress registration.
