Course Extensions:
Online Courses and Learning on Demand webinars have a 90-day access period from the date of purchase.
You may purchase a 30-day extension before the end of the course term and up to 30 days after the course expires. To check the expiry dates of your courses, visit your Learning Library.
This is a one-time offer. If you require further extensions, you will need to repurchase the course.
Note: When you purchase an All Access Pass, you have access to the entire Learning on Demand library of webinars from the date of purchase to June 30, 2024. If you require longer than 90 days to view your Learning on Demand purchases, consider buying the All Access Pass. The All Access Pass does not include Online Courses.
To request a course extension, please submit your request with the name of the course and receipt from the course extension purchase to Member Services at contactus@dietitians.ca.
Exam rewrites:
To receive a certificate of completion for your online course, you will need to complete and pass the final exam. If you have been unable to complete the final exam within three attempts, you may purchase a rewrite before the course expires.
This is a one-time offer that will allow you to attempt the exam three times. If you require further rewrites, you will need to repurchase the course.
To request an exam rewrite, please submit your request with the name of the course and receipt from this purchase to Member Services at contactus@dietitians.ca.
Course certificates:
Course certificates are available upon completion of the course and for the 90-day period that the course is available. If you require access to a course certificate for a past course that you have completed but no longer have access to, please submit your request with the name of the course and receipt from this purchase to Member Services at contactus@dietitians.ca.
