About the Speaker:
Cheryl Strachan is a Registered Dietitian who worked with Calgary’s TotalCardiology Rehabilitation program from 2005-2014 and since 2019 on a casual basis. She is the founder of Sweet Spot Nutrition and author of the bestselling 30-Minute Heart Healthy Cookbook.
Cheryl is from Calgary, AB. but did her internship at the University of California (UC) Berkeley School of Public Health (2005) and her undergraduate studies at UC Irvine (Biology, 1993) and San Francisco State University (Dietetics, 2004). She also has an MBA from UC Berkeley (2000).
