A. Receive the Report of the Chair
B. Receive the Report of the CEO
C. Receive the Report of the Auditors and the financial statements of the Corporation for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2021;
D. Appoint the Auditor (Public Accountant) for the next fiscal year;
E. Install new directors of the Corporation.
