Let's talk about recipe development! Lunch chat with Marie-Ève Caplette, award-winning cookbook author and dietitian. Marie-Ève will answer these three questions:
  1. Where do you get inspiration for recipes and how do you decide which ones to use?
  2. What lessons have you learned after publishing 2 books?
  3. What is your process with regards to recipe development? Do you notice that if you include certain elements in a recipe it is more well-received by your audience?
