The enjoyment of great tasting food is an integral part of healthy eating. While dietitians have credibility and visibility as nutrition experts, the perception that they lack food and cooking knowledge persists. The goal of the Food and Culinary Network is for dietitians to share food experiences, learn what makes food taste for their own use and provide tips and tools for dietitians to use with their clients about great tasting healthy food.
