The conference hub and host hotel is The Westin Bayshore Vancouver. Boasting unparalleled views of the mountains, the coastline, and scenic Stanley Park, The Westin Bayshore provides an elegant, restful base from which to explore Vancouver.  
 
Dieitians of Canada has negotiated a conference rate of $229 per night. Delegates are responsible for making their reservations directly with the hotel. Visit the hotel’s dedicated booking website where you can make, modify and cancel your hotel reservations online. Or phone their Reservations Department 888-627-8634.
 
For ease of booking you must identify yourself as being with the Dietitians of Canada Conference group. Rates are available 3 days prior and 3 days after the conference. The negotiated rate is available on a first come first served basis, based on availability until 5:00 pm BC Time on May 16, 2018. 
  

Travel

Vancouver International Airport operates a Closed Taxi Stand outside the Arrivals Area. The current rate for a taxi to The Westin Bayshore is $35.00 one way. Visit the airport's website for more info about ground transportation to the city centre including the convenient Skytrain to downtown.
