Three Leading Dietetic Journals, One Membership: DC Partners with BDA and DA to Expand Journal Access for Members
Dietitians of Canada (DC) is proud to announce a groundbreaking collaboration with two of our international peers: the British Dietetic Association (BDA) and Dietitians Australia (DA). Together, we’re sharing knowledge, research, and professional resources across borders to strengthen and support dietetic practice.
Through this partnership, DC Members now enjoy exclusive access to three leading dietetic journals:
-
Canadian Journal of Dietetic Practice and Research (CJDPR): Canada’s peer-reviewed journal featuring research, case studies, and practice insights tailored to the Canadian context.
-
Journal of Human Nutrition and Dietetics (JHND): Published by the BDA, JHND is one of the world’s leading nutrition journals, packed with research, insights, and global perspectives to inform your work.
-
Nutrition & Dietetics: The flagship journal of Dietitians Australia, offering peer-reviewed research, practice guidelines, reviews, and discussion papers in nutrition and dietetics.
"This new collaboration with our peers in the UK and Australia reflects our shared commitment to advancing dietetic practice and sharing knowledge across borders,” says John-Paul Cody-Cox, CEO of Dietitians of Canada. “This partnership ensures our members have access to the very best research and practice insights, which is all included in their DC membership.”
DC Members now enjoy free, unlimited access to all three journals, plus the Practice-based Evidence in Nutrition(r) (PEN) System, creating an unmatched collection of tools and research to support evidence-based practice.
This initiative also means that members of the BDA and DA will now have access to the Canadian Journal of Dietetic Practice and Research, helping to showcase Canadian research and innovation to an international audience.
Together, DC, BDA, and DA are continuing to explore additional opportunities to share knowledge and support members worldwide, further strengthening the dietetic profession.
DC Members will be able to access all three journals beginning September 29, 2025. Learn more here.
