In Ontario, call EatRight Ontario! You can reach the call centre toll free 1-877-510-5102 Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET).
In Manitoba, call Dial-a-Dietitian! You can reach the call centre toll free 1-877-830-2892 or 204-788-8248 in Winnipeg, Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central Time (CT)
In Saskatchewan, call Eat Well Saskatchewan! You can reach the call centre toll free 1-833-782-7800 or email firstname.lastname@example.org Monday to Friday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST). *This is a pilot project ending March 29, 2018.
In British Columbia, call HealthLink BC! You can reach a dietitian toll free at 8-1-1, Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m Pacific Time (PT).
Registered Dietitians are there to provide answers to nutrition and healthy-eating questions, Note: the service does not replace advice from your medical doctor or individual counselling with a Registered Dietitian.
Individual counselling with a dietitian
Many dietitians work with clients on a fee-for-service basis. Dietitians offer a wide variety of services including: nutrition counselling for individuals or groups, writing, presentations, menu development and nutrient analysis.

Note: Dietitian services are covered under many employee health care plans. If your plan does not cover dietitian services, it is recommended you ask your employer to add them. The majority of group health insurance companie offer dietitian services but employers do not always choose to add them to your plan.
